The division offers training services to operators in the industry (designers, architects, manufacturers, surveyors and installers) so as to minimise the time needed to grasp standards compliance issues and maximise technical-economic know-how to define action strategies and choose the best systems and solutions for the expected results.

The division’s technical staff can assist partner OEMs for any HW, FW or SW customisation requirements, with fast response times and competitive costs. Services also include installation of products at our partners’ production facilities, to ensure smoother and faster setup of dedicated technical solutions.

Approval and certification marks

The division performs pre-compliance testing on all its products in accordance with the relevant directives for CE marking (EMC: 2004/108/EC; LVD: 2006/95/EC; RoHS: 2002/95/EC). Products are designed in compliance with EN 60335-1 on electrical safety, and part 2 of the same standard for particular requirements relating to individual applications. Partners are supported throughout all stages of product certification, receiving all required documents and approval of components. Where necessary, the division can provide reports on the tests carried out by the in-house lab during the pre-compliance stage, as well as any test reports from certified outside labs.
